People Aren’t Rational
Companies are notorious for pushing products and services based on organizational structure, logical engineering flows, and bloated feature sets. Designing for humans requires deep comfort with ambiguity, storytelling, conversation, and observation.
Product = Change
Creating transformative, measurable outcomes starts with changing behaviors. This requires aligning business goals with customer needs while being mindful of technical constraints and valuing every stakeholder’s perspective. A business must change, too, if you want to change human behavior.
Human-Centered isn’t Optional
Product Design isn’t just about aesthetics. All products and services perform better when starting from the outside in. This ensures product success. It’s the perspective that turns vision into reality, reduces risk, improves customer satisfaction, increases engagement, and ultimately boosts your bottom line.

Q&A
-
Outbound product management helps ensure that a cohesive strategy runs through the product's lifecycle—from design through marketing and sales—helping each function understand its role in the product’s success and how it contributes to the overall business objectives.
Inbound Product Management is about listening to customers and understanding their needs. It means researching to find out what problems they’re facing and what they like or don’t like about similar products.
Then, it’s about working closely with different teams in the company, like the folks who build the product, to ensure it solves those problems in the best way possible.
Integrating these is crucial for maintaining a unified approach to market and customer engagement, ultimately driving product success.
